American Income Life ripoff Unscrupulous fraudulent recruitment practices Waco Texas

Information technology has been over a twelvemonth since I terminated my employment with American Income Life, and I am still recovering from the financial set-backs.

If you lot or someone y'all know has been a victim of this unscrupulous company, Please read this report in its entirety and respond accordingly.

As an ambitious young man, with a proven tract tape in sales, I eagerly responded to the job posting I constitute on the internet for American Income Life. They promised 8-x pre-set appointments daily, an opportunity to learn a new field of sales, and starting time-year earnings in excess of 50k.

If anyone has e'er been in sales, they know the value of "pre-gear up" appointments versus leads. I set an engagement for an interview, put on my best tie, and was offered the job that day.

I spent two weeks studying for the examination, passed the insurance licensing test the first try, and paid to go a license in both states (since I live in a edge city). My ambition, and the promises that were made to me past American Income Life had taken me this far.

I proceeded to buy a new car, since this was a traveling chore and I needed good transportation. Prior to this, I had never financed a vehicle and never would have, if information technology had not been for the hopes of a successful sales career with AIL. They assured me that I would exist able to have my car paid off in a year or so.

After completing my licensing, learning the pitch, and riding with a more experienced agent for a calendar week or so, I was ready to exist out on my own. At commencement, I had bully success. The potential clients that I visited seemed to exist in need of insurance, and my closing ratio was about ane in v. My energy for sales, determination, and hard work was paying off.

However, I began to question whether these "pre-set" appointments were really appointments or really just leads. I began to accept less and less success with the leads they were handing me, and therefore started to receive $fifty paychecks for two weeks worth of work.

These pre-set appointments started to become less and less valid as fourth dimension went on. I went to people's homes that said "we just saw this presentation two weeks ago and told them we were not interested!" Others said they were contacted past the marketing section and told them explicitly that they were not interested. On at least two occasions, I went to the home of someone who was deceased.

Now the obvious question is; how in the heck tin these be "pre-set" appointments if these scenarios keep happening? As time went on, this happened more and more than until I finally had to quit because I was out of money and incurring more than and more than debt.

In retrospect, I accept concluded that the managers, who controlled the leads, would give a new agent plenty of hot ones to start out with. Leads that were local, and fresh, and maybe really appointments. But equally time went on, and they had used them to constitute a number of policies, they would give them old dead leads from the database.

Keep in mind, most of these days were spent driving hundreds of miles away from dwelling, to totally obsolete locales, fighting off dogs and doors slammed in the face, for what I was supposed to believe was pre-gear up appointments.

Every bit my production decreased, I brought it to the attention of direction that I was doing nothing different than I had been doing earlier. I told them that the quality of leads had drastically inverse. (at the same time, new agents were coming in with mysteriously peachy success)They assured me over and over that it was a matter of my perception and attitude, and that in that location was no such thing as a 'bad lead'. (manipulation)

It came to my understanding that the managers and general agents could intendance less if an agent succeeded or failed. Even if they only lasted a month or two, the managing agents still benefitted considering the residuals would dump into their accounts yr after year after year, with no loss to them, except recruiting some other ambitious, trusting person.

Then, later finding this website, I discovered that many many others had been taken advantage of and deceived in the same way that I had. Even during the months that I worked for AIL, I saw dozens of agents come and go. The managing agents had no genuine concern for their personal well-beingness or success; only to the extent that they could squeeze a little blood out of them for equally long every bit they could hang on.

So a few at the "superlative" were and withal are getting filthy rich off the steady menstruum of applicants that they deceive with their fraudulent job postings.

When I finally left AIL, I was completely broke, had put tens of thousands of miles on my motorcar, had ran upward a lot more debt than I had ever intended, and was completely frustrated and disallusioned. Equally a matter of fact, when I filed my taxes for that year, I really recorded a loss!!

Not the results you would expect from a company that promised 50k annually and 8-ten pre-set appointments daily.

My response to this... I'g pi**ed and ready to take action against these dishonest thieves. So I am planning to pursue litigation confronting American Income Life.

The bones requiremnts for filing a class activity lawsuit are:

1) Numerosity: Are at that place plenty people afflicted by the illegal practice to warrant a grade action? YES! 2) Commonality: Do the afflicted people share mutual legal issues? Yeah!! 3) Typicality: Are the claims of the person(south) bringing the suit typical of those of the entire class? YES!! 4) Adequacy of Representation: Will the police force firm bringing the instance be willing and able to correspond the interests of the entire class? Yes!!

It is my personal belief that there are hundreds, if not thousands of people who have had a similar experience with American Income Life.

I urge you lot to contact me through this website if you are interested in pursuing a grade action lawsuit. IT Tin BE WON, and we tin be compensated for the unscrupulous practices of this twisted visitor.
